Agreement

By creating an account, submitting a form or using our services you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

We provide AI agents and automations for small businesses on a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup fee, as described on the pricing page. Some tools are still in development and are labelled that way in the product; only tools shown as available are part of the service today.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the business information you give us. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and email providers listed in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to give us the personal data of your own customers, and for telling them an AI assistant is used.

AI output

AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing how they are set up and for decisions made using their answers. Do not use them for advice that requires a licensed professional.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, overload or scrape the service, or to reach other clients' data.
• No sending spam through our tools.

Billing

Payment terms will be shown when billing is switched on. Plans renew monthly. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. [REFUND AND SETUP FEE POLICY]

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
